A Pair of Chinese Sancai Glazed Porcelain Tripod Ding Vessels

晚清/民國 仿古三彩陶鼎一對
each having a bulbous body carved with sectioned friezes of archaistic masks, all raised about cylindrical tripod legs, and surmounted by pairs of inverted u-form handles and a hardwood cover reticulated with ruyi designs, further terminating in white and grey jade finials: the first with a lotus pod, the second a boy.

Height of each to top of handles 12 in., 30.5 cm.
